To the operator community: August 30, 2007
On Tuesday View Interactive issued an email stating that they were shutting their
doors. View has been more than a business partner to Ecast, they have been friends.
The entire coin op industry will miss them.
View and their philosophy of ‘for operators by operators’ was what the industry
needed and made all the difference in moving the market to embrace upgrade kits
for the first time in meaningful volumes. Rick brought a level of passion and
commitment to the operator community that was truly unique. His commitment to
incorporating operator feedback into his product design led to the best designed kits
in the market and Ecast was a direct beneficiary of this effort.
