ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL - NAMCO America, the premier manufacturer of coin-operated amusements and the original manufacturer of classic arcade games, showed off their home arcade units at the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) Summit 2012 last week. The event was held at the Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL. Billiard retailers looking to expand their product lines found what they were looking for at the NAMCO booth. The game manufacturer showed both the cocktail and cabaret versions of their Pac-Man's Arcade Party home arcade cabinets along with Rockin' Bowl-O-Rama, a bowling video game with a '50s theme.

Transactional Volume Increased By 16.8 Percent Compared to Q2 2011 Scottsdale, AZ July 31, 2012—Apriva, the leading provider of end-to-end wireless transactions and secure information solutions, announced that its wireless point-of-sale (POS) gateway processed over $2.06 billion in wireless payment transactions during the second quarter of 2012, a gain of 16.8 percent over the same period in 2011. The figure comes on the heels of Apriva’s strong first quarter performance, which saw the company process $1.86 billion in wireless transactions. Through the first six months of 2012, Apriva processed some $3.92 billion in transactions, representing a 19 percent improvement over first half figures from 2011. |
